Context
XOXO Party is a club & event space in central Warsaw (Marii Konopnickiej 6) — corporate events, proms, 18th birthdays, and exclusive bookings (up to ~400 guests). They needed a site that sells atmosphere and space while capturing leads: date enquiry, quote, and offer fit.
Goal
I designed and delivered a WordPress site that:
- builds the image of an elegant event space (dark UI, neon accents),
- organises the offer and thematic landings (including prom / studniówka),
- drives date enquiries (CTA + contact form),
- works bilingually (PL / EN).
My role
I owned design, solution design, implementation, and up to 30 days of post-launch care.
Scope
- homepage: hero, offer, Ask about a date / See offer CTAs,
- offer subpages (including prom — dance floor, LED, VIP, full service),
- “Interiors and atmosphere” gallery,
- blog,
- contact: staff cards (General Manager / Event Manager), map, form (event type, date, guest count) with anti-bot verification,
- PL/EN language switcher.

Approach
The site should sell atmosphere first, then simplify the lead. Dark layout and venue photos set expectations; a persistent “Ask about a date” CTA and an event-oriented form shorten the path from interest to a concrete enquiry. Bilingual UX also opens English-speaking clients.
Challenges
- Lead gen without a shop — no cart; success = clear offer + easy enquiry.
- Many event types — Offer navigation plus dedicated landings (e.g. prom) instead of one vague block.
- Form vs. spam — verification (Turnstile) so leads stay usable.
Outcome
The result is a bilingual event site (xoxoparty.pl) with offer, gallery, and a date-enquiry path. I provided up to 30 days of post-launch care after go-live.
