How does collaboration start?
A short call: goal, budget, what you already have. Then an offer with scope and timeline. Projects above 1,500 PLN also need a securing agreement and a deposit held by an intermediary.
Who issues the VAT invoice?
VAT invoices are issued by WORKCONNECT Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001043888, NIP 8133899860) for sendyka.dev work. Payment term is usually 7 days.
What about copyright for the website or tool?
You choose the option before kickoff, because it sets what you can do with the deliverable later and what the price is: a use license, transfer of economic rights to you, or the agreed result without broad rights to develop it further. Third-party and open-source stay under their licenses. Details: /en/terms/.
How many revisions are included?
Up to 2 revisions per stage (layout, colors, an extra page, etc.). After a stage is accepted, further changes are billed at the ICT rate: 250 PLN net / h.
What does Care Web include, and how do I cancel?
Care Web is post-launch care (updates, monitoring, small fixes within the package). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. I do not guarantee 100% uptime when hosting or another provider fails. I report issues within 24 hours.
How do you keep quality and communication clear?
One point of contact, clear scope, stage-based delivery with acceptance. I explain tech in plain language. Deadlines depend on the offer and how quickly you provide materials.
What if I do not accept a project above 1,500 PLN?
The security deposit sits with the intermediary until acceptance. Without acceptance, funds return under the escrow agreement.
Do you work with individuals (B2C) and NGOs?
Yes. B2B, B2C, and NGOs. Websites, Care, ICT, and workshops. One accountable contact, low communication overhead.
What are the “from” prices and hourly rate?
Fixed-price web floors: Astro 900 PLN gross, WordPress 1,500 PLN gross, WooCommerce 2,500 PLN gross, Next.js 5,000 PLN gross. Care Web 249 PLN gross / mo. ICT 250 PLN net / h (Kraków area travel included). Full pricing: /en/pricing/.
Do you guarantee continuous site uptime?
I care for availability under Care Web, but hosting and third-party outages are often outside my control. In those cases I update you quickly and propose next steps.
