Hours and response time

  • My working hours are flexible (Poland time).
  • Phone: I answer when I am available. If I miss the call, I call back within 24 hours.
  • Email and form: usually same-day reply, within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Remote work across Poland and with international clients (PL/EN). In-person meetings in Krakow by arrangement.

How to prepare your inquiry

Helpful details: what you need (website, store, Care Web, ICT, workshop), the outcome you want, what you already have (domain, hosting, WordPress/Astro/Next, materials), plus budget and timeline.

For NGOs, mention funding (grant, annual budget, own funds). For companies: leads, credibility, store, or tooling cleanup.

You do not need a full spec. A few sentences are enough. We refine scope by call or email. Projects above 1,500 PLN need a securing agreement and intermediary deposit (see terms).

What happens after you reach out

  1. I reply with clarifying questions or suggest a short call.
  2. We agree scope, the “from” price or ICT rate, and timeline. You also choose the copyright option.
  3. You get a clear project start: stages, up to 2 revisions per stage, then extra work at the ICT rate.
  4. After launch you can take Care Web or come back when the next need appears.

Common questions on first contact

How does collaboration start?
A short call: goal, budget, what you already have. Then an offer with scope and timeline. Projects above 1,500 PLN also need a securing agreement and a deposit held by an intermediary.
Who issues the VAT invoice?
VAT invoices are issued by WORKCONNECT Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001043888, NIP 8133899860) for sendyka.dev work. Payment term is usually 7 days.
What about copyright for the website or tool?
You choose the option before kickoff, because it sets what you can do with the deliverable later and what the price is: a use license, transfer of economic rights to you, or the agreed result without broad rights to develop it further. How many revisions are included?
Up to 2 revisions per stage (layout, colors, an extra page, etc.). After a stage is accepted, further changes are billed at the ICT rate: 250 PLN net / h.

Scope of collaboration

I build websites and web tools (Astro, WordPress, WooCommerce, Next.js), then offer Care Web. ICT consulting is hourly. I work with SMBs, NGOs, and B2C clients. Workshops are in scope too. Pricing, model comparison, and terms are on separate pages.
