Terms of collaboration

General rules for project and maintenance collaboration. Specific terms for each engagement are detailed in an individual offer or contract.

Scope of services

Scope covers technology work (websites, IT support, automation) and agreed post-launch support. The client is responsible for accurate content and access credentials; the contractor delivers the agreed scope according to engineering best practices and security requirements.

Scope changes

Changes to scope, timeline, or responsibilities are agreed in writing. Any modification affecting schedule or cost requires mutual agreement before work begins.

Data protection

For projects involving personal data processing, parties may enter additional GDPR-aligned arrangements.
