Context
IZZY BLACK Studio in Tarnów (tattoo and permanent makeup) needed a light website that builds trust from the first screen: calm, minimal, with a clear path — “get to know us / book an appointment”. In this industry clients look for more than atmosphere — preparation, aftercare, pricing, and house rules (GDPR, terms).
Goal
I designed and delivered a Vite.js site that:
- presents the studio in an aesthetic consistent with the existing brand,
- organises pre- and post-session information,
- leads to booking via Instagram and to contact (email, location).
My role
I owned page design, solution design, implementation, and up to 30 days of post-launch care. Branding (logo) was already set — scope covered the website only.
Scope
The July 2025 delivery included:
- homepage with logo, Get to know us CTA, and Book an appointment (Instagram link),
- information pages including:
- terms,
- GDPR / privacy,
- price list,
- how to prepare (tattoo and permanent makeup),
- aftercare,
- FAQ,
- footer with contact (Tarnów, Juliusza Słowackiego 33–37/2), email, and map,
- a responsive minimal layout without a heavy CMS.

Approach
Instead of WordPress I chose Vite.js — a fast, light front for a studio card with a few information pages. I avoided gallery-only overload. I prioritised studio atmosphere + clear CTAs + content that reduces client uncertainty before a session. Booking goes where the studio already talks to clients — Instagram.
Challenges
- Trust without hard sell — the tone should stay calm, not promotional.
- A lot of practical content — preparation, aftercare, terms, GDPR; organised as clear subpages.
- Booking without a reservation system — the CTA opens Instagram so the studio does not add tools outside its daily channel.
Outcome
The studio received a live site (izzyblackstudio.pl) — a light Vite.js card with a full client-information pack and Instagram-based booking. I provided up to 30 days of post-launch care after go-live.
Stack
- Vite.js — build and serve the lightweight studio site
